Download the membership form below. In 2012 there are 3levels of entry for membership:

1. GOLD $100 - INCLUDES T-SHIRT, HOODIE & INSURANCE
2. SILVER $70 - INCLUDES T-SHIRT, INSURANCE
3. SOCIAL $40 - INCLUDES T-SHIRT & CLUB UPDATES (non-competitor)

2012 Rules for membership:

• You must pay before the 1st contest or it will cost you $10 per contest and you will not get your points until full membership is paid. Such contest fees will not be deducted from your membership fee when paid.
• Strict checkin times are as follows:

1. Micros and Cadets - 7.00 am
2. Juniors - 8.00am
3. Opens - 9.00am sharp
4. Masters - 10.00am

• Everyone competing must judge or spot a heat during the day.

Membership Form:
There are 2 pages to be completed and both pages require your signature. If you are under 18 years of age, both pages must be signed by a parent or guardian.

Both pages are to be either posted to the address noted on page 1 or emailed back to this address bondiboardriders@hotmail.com

If paying your membership by cheque - please include this with your membership form when you post it. If paying your membership by bank transfer - please either email or post a copy of the transfer with your membership form.
